Fiber Bragg Grating Sensor Series
Fiber Bragg Grating Sensor Series

IMon-B220 Blade Monitoring Data Acquisition Unit

The IMon-B220 blade monitoring data acquisition unit is an optical measurement device that measures the wavelengths of fiber Bragg grating sensors, for example for temperature, expansion or acceleration.

The product includes a mounting plate. Up to 12 fiber Bragg grating sensors can be connected by fiber-optic cable to the acquisition unit's E-2000/APC interface.

The optical interrogator provides each sensor's wavelength through Ethernet and CANopen interfaces.

Technical Advantages

Ultra-High-Precision Multi-Parameter Measurement
Simultaneous output of triaxial acceleration, angular velocity, angle and temperature signals provides comprehensive condition sensing.
Ultra-Low Noise and Ultra-High Resolution
An ultra-low-noise design and exceptionally high signal resolution accurately capture weak vibration and small tilt changes.
Advanced Temperature Compensation Algorithm
A built-in high-speed microprocessor performs linear signal conditioning and temperature compensation, maintaining stable accuracy and extremely low drift across a wide temperature range.
Strong Electromagnetic Compatibility
Excellent EMC and interference immunity, with internally shielded signal ground isolated from the housing, ensure stable operation in complex electromagnetic environments.
High Protection Rating
A welded metal seal provides protection rated IP67 or higher, impact resistance and lightning protection for harsh industrial environments.
